House after decades of "suffered" socialist care still undergoing restoration and repair. At present, we can finally pursue in restoring and increasing the use and comfort of living. Due to limited offer of grant programs and especially for following bureaucratic folklore we use only funds generated from our own resources - in particular income from rent. Although the repair process is not always as fast as we would like, it allows us to carry out work virtually without interruption or reduction of housing.
Also we monitor trends in sustainable housing. In the long term planned steps, we plan reducing the energy consumption of the building and housing costs. At present, among other things, a project determination of the heat loss of dwellings and business premises. The results of this audit will be used in the gradual replacement of existing boilers and heaters for condensing gas qualitatively or other similar technology.
We recently facilitated sorting of household waste in the house which had an immediate effect in reducing the amount. Furthermore some minor modifications on regulators and awareness of our residents have reduced the consumption of drinking water and electricity in the common areas (reducing water consumption by about 30% to eq. inhabitant and electricity by 40% ). Further savings we are expecting from only the introduction of new technologies.
