Maintenance apartment

Apartment cleaning

We can arrange complete and periodic cleaning service - recommended interval once a week or once every 2 weeks. Cleaning can be arranged upon receipt of a flat or even during the lease. This is a paid service and the price list you will receive at beginning your lease. Cleaning of common areas (staircases and passage) is performed once a week.
Energy and services
Besides the fixed rental price is to be counted with a payment of energy consumption (heating, lighting), water and cleaning service.
