Maintenance apartment

Each of the tenants provides service and maintenance of all equipment himself. This policy helps us keep the cost of rent at a reasonable level and allows us to address the key improvements and in particular by repairing previously very dilapidated house.
In the case that something breaks or stops working, or you are not sure with any of the fixes, please tell it to us and we will try put it right as soon as possible - depending on the nature of the repairs and possibilities.
Maintenance of regular inspection of complex equipment (boiler, cooker, washing machine, etc.) let on us. The duty of care, maintenance of wiring or electrical and gas equipment in flats already legally belongs to us. Additionally we have easier access to the service contract.

Apartment cleaning

At beginning your lease we transmit completely tidy apartment. We expect that at the end you pass it back in the same state. If you don´t want to do the final cleaning we arrange it for payment.
We can arrange complete and periodic cleaning service - recommended interval once a week or once every 2 weeks. Cleaning can be arranged upon receipt of a flat or even during the lease. This is a paid service and the price list you will receive at beginning your lease.
Cleaning of common areas (staircases and passage) is performed once a week.

Energy and services

Besides the fixed rental price is to be counted with a payment of energy consumption (heating, lighting), water and cleaning service. For economic, legal and environmental reasons, the price is charged particularly for these items. Preliminary review of payments we send via e-mail monthly. Final accounting and settlement are always within 14 days after receipt of the annual billing media or distributor upon termination of the lease. If serious interest in a long-term lease (2 years or more), we can convert a contract for the supply of electricity and gas and to a tenant.
Heating in individual apartments provide central heating with gas central heating boiler and is controlled individually according to the internal temperature of the largest rooms. It is recommended to set the system so as to obtain the maximum temperature of 19-20 ° C. Unfortunately, the location of the object in the conservation zone does not allow us to conduct a comprehensive house insulation. So we rely on the responsibility of each client to manage your temperature independently of the necessary level on his own responsibility and cost. According to the ongoing reconstruction of heating in apartments we equip a equithermal regulation for that the temperature was controlled more economically and conveniently with regard to the outdoor temperature.

Laundry

Each of completed dwellings (except the flat No.3 - planned modernization) is equipped with an automatic washing machine.

Internet

Each floor of the house is equipped with an individual wi-fi connection on the basic speed of 2500 CIR (2500 kbps). Individual speed increase is possible at an additional cost.

TV signal reception

Receiving of digital terrestrial signal from a common TV antenna is possible in each apartment.

Holiday guests

In the event that you have a guest, he can be accommodated in your rented apartment. In case he wants to stay for longer than 10 days, please contact us.

Disposal of garbage

We support the idea of ​​ecology and therefore in the backyard there are placed colored brand new containers for sorted waste - plastics and paper. Glass is still necessary to be disposed in public container located at the intersection of streets Havlickova and Tylova (about 80m from the house). We would be happy if you join and you will sort with us.

Camera system

The object is equipped with surveillance system with recording installed in public areas - solely for reasons of safety. If necessary (theft, vandalism, etc.) may be necessary records and shall transmit to the authorities responsible for criminal proceedings.

Parking

For long staying clients, we offer assistance with residential parking space for parking. Parking is available in adjacent streets (green zone).

Storing bikes and strollers
